I’ve spent much of my career in the worlds of engineering and business strategy—spaces defined by structure, scalability, and precise execution. But when I looked at the "personalized" children’s book market, I found a disconnect. Most services offered templates where a name was simply swapped out, resulting in a product that felt more like a mass-produced toy than a literary achievement.
At Cochain Books, we believe every child deserves to be the real author of a story that lasts forever.
My background in managing complex systems and multiple LLCs is the foundation of our "Cochain Standard." We aren't just a local shop; we are a professional publishing operation that bridges the gap between a parent’s imagination and global bookstore quality. We apply the same rigor to our production timelines and distribution logistics as we do to our hand-drawn artistry.
We made a deliberate choice to move beyond AI and generic templates. Instead, we use 'Story Alchemists' and 'Character Architects' to bring every child's story to life — and for our Little Spark, Magic Maker, and Dream Weaver packages, we hand-draw the child's own likeness into the art. We also broke the traditional publishing mold by ensuring our clients retain 100% ownership and royalties.
